CABOT, Ark. - There's a lot of preparation that goes into game day. It's not all about practice, but also proper weight training and nutrition. There's one guy that's making sure all this is followed at the Cabot School District's sports program. Coaches say he's one of the most valuable players, but he plays from behind the scenes.
