The high school and junior high cross country students competed in the 2018 Chile Pepper race along with hundreds of student athletes across the state.
Here are a few of the results:
* Sophomore Bryce Johnson (22nd) lead the group for Cabot Boys, Lee Lenahan (36th) and Thomas Jasmin (42nd) followed out of 705 runners. Cabot finished 5th overall in team results.
* Senior Shannon Gardner lead the Cabot Lady Panthers in the Open Sr. high Girls race.
* Freshman Phillip Garcia finished 3rd out of 722 in the Jr. Boys Race with a time of 17:33. He was followed by Osborn Melton (31st) and Houston Edwards (41st.)
* Leading the Jr. Girls team was Ashley Sample (43rd) followed by Rivers Williams (82nd) out of 525 girls.
